Tempio Pausania - Via Palmiro Togliatti – 10 (Mantelli)
From 11th to 14th September 2023, as part of an urban and social revitalisation operation, for four days Mala (born Elena Muresu) will work painting the wall of the parking area in via Togliatti.
The theme of the work will be Pinocchio's 'Toyland', told not as a place of negative perdition, but as a container of desires and the most spontaneous imagination.
It is a homage to the Mantelli neighbourhood and its inhabitants, and will have a 'Work in Progress' component characterised by the voluntary participation of passers-by and neighbourhood inhabitants. It is aimed at people of all ages and continually oscillates between the languages of Graffiti Writing and Street Art. Mala, assisted by artist Antonio Asara, will guide the participants in the expression of their ideas, with the invitation to live artistic production as a collective experience and a vehicle for freedom and positive values, such as sharing and inclusion.
